Apple inc, bring a patent claim against Samsung Electronics Co. on smart phones and tablet computers to the 'birthplace' Samsung, South Korea.
Apple spokesman, Steve Park said, "The company has filed a lawsuit in District Court Wednesday to central Seoul.
As is known, that Apple has sued Samsung since last April in the United States (U.S.). Apple iPad design copying accusing Samsung and the iPhone in the manufacture of smart phones and Tablet Galaxy.
