Steve Jobs More Famous than Osama Bin Laden

The name of the late Steve Jobs as one of the founders of Apple, was always used in all mass media in 2011 and fairly popular, according to Global Language Monitor.

In fact, Jobs is more famous than Osama bin Laden, who finished second, with percentages above 30 percent. Similarly, as quoted by Macworld, Friday (11/11/2011).

Global Language Monitor tracks the activity on the internet by looking at a few things about Jobs, such as news, blogs, social networks, print and electronic magazines.

Another name which is also popularly used all media and including 10 list of most popular names in 2011, among other place names Fukushima, Japan, where it had been a great tsunami and nuclear disaster, Tunisia Mohamed Bouazizi fruit businessmen, who put his name on the Arab Spring, then followed by the name of Kate Middleton, Muamar Khaddafi and of course the name of the president of the United States (U.S.), Barack Obama.

The first rank of the name often used mass media occupied by Steve Jobs.

"Our selection this year largely reflects the political activity that runs constantly and the ongoing economic uncertainty, which can affect many developed countries. Except for the royal marriage and China is continuously increasing," said Paul JJ Payack, president of Global Language Monitor .
