As quoted from NDTV on Thursday (29/09/2011), companies in the world's largest mobile phone maker, Nokia, said that they planned to terminate 3,500 employees in Romania, Germany and the U.S. by the end of 2012.

Termination is also an additional operation of the previous dismissal of 30 thousand jobs and three thousand jobs were outsourced by the phone since April. The action was conducted by Nokia on the grounds of corporate restructuring efforts.
In addition, Nokia also indicated that there will be another dismiss for the future, which will probably lead to their factory in Salo Finland, Hungary and Komarom Reynosa Mexico in 2012.
"We must do difficult step for structuring the company, in order to remain able to walk to the front," said Stephen Elop Chief Executive, said in a statement.
